Refund and Return Policy

Returns
Our return policy is valid for 7 working days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period has passed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. If the item is damaged upon arrival, please provide photographic evidence of the damage for a full refund.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by us.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
  • Damaged items returned without proof of the damage.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at dragoncartel2021@gmail.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
