We ship throughout the United States from our store in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Free Domestic Shipping
We offer free domestic shipping for all of our items, and low cost international shipping.
Discrete Packaging
At Dragon Cartel, we understand our customer's concerns about privacy and discreet packaging. For your privacy, everything we ship will be through plain cardboard boxes or USPS Priority boxes, without mentioning Dragon Cartel, glass pipes or Smoke ware.
However, "Dragon Cartel" will appear on your credit card statement. We cannot change this, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Dragon Cartel reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons.
Shipping Times and Shipping Speed
Majority of orders are shipped the same day. In rare cases it might take 2-3 business days to ship your order coz of unforeseeable delays or holidays or weekends.
Shipping is delivered via USPS or FedEx, unless the customer selects an alternative shipping method, and take anywhere from 3-5 business days within United States.
Items Broken in Shipping
We ensure your items arrive in the same flawless condition they left our store, but in the unlikely event, if you receive damaged or defective item, Dragon Cartel with replace it at no cost.
Notify our support team within 2 Business days of the customer receiving the package. In case of broken packages received, they must be photographed and documented before a return package will be sent out. Don’t throw anything away until you speak with our customer service, we might need the package back for future purposes. We will provide you with the prepaid return shipping label.
